Digestion

I am dividing up the subject of digestion into 3 parts:

Digestion is extremely important to the body’s health. The nutrients required by all of our body’s cells come from or are influenced by the foods we consume. As we all know, junk in, junk out. But even if we consume the most healthiful nutrient dense foods, if our digestion is not working properly our body will not be able to take advantage.
